Dear Dany,
Thank you for your willingness to work
with me as my Coach! In just a few short months, it has already been an
incredible experience!
When I think of why I hired you, there are a few
reasons that come to mind. First, having worked with you in business, I already
had a tremendous respect for your ability to work with people of all levels and
to motivate them to achieve their goals. I have seen you work with senior
managers as well as entry level sales people, and you have a way of helping
people figure out what it is that they really want to achieve. You have a
positive attitude that is contagious and that shouts confidence and success.
Consequently, others feel very comfortable in coming to you for advice and
direction, including me!
Coaching with you over the past three months
has already had a huge impact on both my personal and professional life. I
understand now more than ever how expressing my needs and setting my own
boundaries can not only gain greater respect from others, but makes my life
more satisfying, less stressful and allows me to focus on those things in my
life that really matter. It has also made a tremendous difference in how I
handle personal and business situations that come up every day- in helping me
to ask the right types of questions to get the information I need vs. making
assumptions that many times lead to frustration and undesirable results. The
change that coaching has created in me as a person over such a short timeframe
is amazing. I feel that I have been on a “journey” that has allowed
me to explore and discover my needs, and consequently has transformed how I
handle my day to day life. I’m happier, less stressed and more confident
than ever about going after what I want and how to get there.

thanks for all of your excellent direction and for making me realize that
it’s OK to throw away some of the “shoulds” and to go after what
