Daniela S. Bryan, who prefers to be called “Dany”, is passionate about coaching people to be the best they can be. As a personal and professional coach she is committed to making this world a better place one person at a time, and having fun doing it.
Growing up in Europe created an awareness of cultural differences among all people. Focusing on Public Relations and International Management during her academic years, Daniela moved up her career in the Eastman Kodak Company, working in Germany, England and the United States. Working with executives from European, Middle Eastern and African countries, she learned about the importance of effective cross-cultural communication. Her business experience encompasses sales, project and product management, as well as sales and management training in an international environment.
While focusing on family and children for several years, she continued her learning with experiences in small businesses and partnerships with an emphasis in real estate in Germany and the U.S. In addition, Daniela volunteered her time and expertise on the board of a local non-profit organization in the U.S.
Acutely aware of the need for balance in her life, she started her own coaching practice in 2001, which allows her to concentrate on her two children and yet help others increase the quality of their own lives. Her clients include international executives, business owners as well as transitioning individuals. She has coached individuals, groups and teams to success. Daniela is a Professional Certified Coach associated with the International Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach U.
She has built her dream home in Soquel, California, where she lives with her children in Soquel, California. She takes them on trips to Europe frequently to help them understand different cultures and languages. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys long walks with her dog, creating rooms in her garden, and traveling to exciting places.
